Yes, IT Chapter Two standout (and occasional Tom Cruise doppelganger) Bill Hader and host Jimmy Fallon both get the giggles — to the point where Fallon wisely turns to tell one of his social faux-pas horror stories to Delevingne so he doesn't have to make eye contact. Although honestly, they've both definitely done worse — and anyone who can keep it together while Bill Hader's looking you in the eyes and saying "I'm a little soup boy" deserves some kind of award.
