This is going to be exhausting, isn't it?
The first episode of Saturday Night Live's 45th season has officially aired, and of course it opened with honorary cast member Alec Baldwin bringing back his Donald Trump impression. The real Trump is facing impeachment, so of course the SNL crew is facing the same thing.
This isn't so much funny as it is a parade of faces both familiar and new. Joining the well-established impressions from Kate McKinnon, Cecily Strong, Chris Redd, Beck Bennett, Mikey Day, and Alex Moffat are new ones from Aidy Bryant (attorney general Bill Barr), new cast member Bowen Yang (Kim Jong-un), and, in a weird twist, Liev Schreiber, who pointedly isn't impersonating anyone.
